Advocate Piotr Rychłowski was admitted to the Warsaw Bar of Advocates in 2001. He is specialized in rendering legal services to companies investing in Polish real estate sector. He has worked as the leader of a legal team for owners of the biggest shopping centers in Poland. He has a great experience in commercialization of shopping centers and office buildings. As a person with extraordinary knowledge and experience he is constantly elected as an arbitrator in permanent arbitration courts and ad hoc arbitration courts. Within the firm he leads the team of commercial criminal law dealing with “white collar” crimes. He completed post graduate studies concerning commercial criminal law organized by Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law. He is a member of European Criminal Bar Association.

Advocate Andrzej Urbański was admitted to the Warsaw Bar of Advocates in 2006. He is specialized in real estate issues (with special emphasis on shopping centers) as well as in civil law litigation. Currently he is a leader of a legal team working on behalf of the Law Office for the benefit of the owner of the biggest shopping centers in Warsaw. He represented his clients in numerous disputes before common courts and arbitration courts (Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan) in cases concerning in particular payment of rent, payment of remuneration under construction agreements, establishment of the existence of lease agreements. He is an author of publications concerning civil procedure, construction law and copyrights law. He has also worked for top companies within the Polish energy market.
